Accommodation

MGIMO Hotel
MGIMO University has a comfortable 3-star hotel right on campus, which is typically where our Summer Program participants choose to stay. Living in the hotel solves a host or logistical issues that students staying off campus can encounter - like getting stuck in traffic before or after class, having to find transportation to get home after late-evening excursions, or missing a class or activity due to being late. The hotel has all the necessary amenities, while also being the most cost-friendly option in the vicinity of MGIMO-Odintsovo.
The cost of accommodation with breakfast at the University Hotel for 24 nights (July 5th - July 28th) is as follows:

These prices are reserved especially for Summer School students and are lower than other hotels situated near campus. They include breakfast (Monday-Saturday) and Registration with Migration services, which is necessary during your stay in Russia. You will be charged in roubles, so the price in Euros may change based on your banks exchange rate.
MGIMO Discounts
There is a system of discounts in place for several categories of students

A 250 Euro “Early Bird Discount” is given to participants who sign the educational contract and make full payment by February 29th, 2020.

Multiple Students coming from the same university or Organization will each get a 250 Euro tuition fee discount

20% Group Discount. For groups of 5 or more from the same university or organization, we are offering a 20% discount on tuition fees. For groups of 10 or more please contact us.

20% Partner University Discount. Students from MGIMO partner universities and Summer School Alumni are eligible for a 20% discount on tuition fees.
Please note that the discounts cannot be combined. Make sure to let us know about your eligibility for a discount prior to signing the educational contract.
